Our market cuisine celebrates regional delicacies

Enjoy the captivating lake view and spacious sun terrace at our Restaurant Sedartis. We pamper our guests with artfully interpreted delicacies and well-known classic dishes. Regional and seasonal is best – that’s the maxim of our kitchen crew, so we always offer a selection of seasonal dishes alongside our standard menu.

very evening – as well as at the weekend also for lunch – we serve primarily typical Swiss dishes. Besides delicious fish – and meat dishes there is also a choice of vegetarian alternatives. Of course we take dietary intolerances into consideration. Our wine list comprises a select offer of exclusively European wines served by the bottle or by the glass.

The restaurant closes at 11 pm

There is a daily business lunch with various dishes, supplemented with a small seasonal weekly menu. Throughout the afternoon we offer cold dishes with a small selection of snacks. Check also our Take-Away offers.

Each morning a sumptuous breakfast buffet with regional products is waiting for you. This offer is available for hotel guests as well as for guests from the outside.

Weekend – Breakfast
An enjoyable weekend begins with our breakfast. Our rich breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes offers everything your heart desires. Whether a Birchermüsli or Gipfeli, egg dishes or fresh fruits – we attach great importance to the fact that you start the weekend relaxed and strengthened. Enjoy Prosecco à discrétion and spend a great morning with us! On Saturdays and Sundays we serve breakfast from 07.00 to 11.00 am for CHF 28.00 per person.

7.00 to 10.00 a.m. breakfast buffet (Sat and Sun until 11.00 a.m.)

Every Friday evening from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. we serve delicious tartar dishes in our Restaurant Sedartis and the Edo Bar & Lounge.
